Does anyone know how to use the advanced user management functionality?  I need to know how to assign permissions to specific users based on group.  This is a best practice that we want to implement i nternally. Oh, I forgot to ask about this

I have a customer on the East Coast in Massachusetts looking at our product.  Our best practice is to send this person an email.

I have a customer in the New York that is interested in our product.  What is the best practice for this region in terms of prospecting?
