I am seeing a problem in the service delivery moment when I submit a task. I need some help to know what steps to take to resolve this problem. I cannot determine if the problem is in ISF or not.I used alerts to show that two checkboxes are checked as the form is submitted. When I loaded the form for the next task, I used alerts to show that the checkboxes are no longer checked. I searched the code to see if the value was set somewhere, but it is not set programmatically in any ISF code and the dictionary is set to read-only. As far as I can tell, the checkboxes can only be set in the form UI. Besides clicking the “Done” button, I also clicked the “Update” button with the same result.

I tried to recreate a small imitation on my laptop, but I am having problems making it work. I have not been able to do so.

I talked to Prasad. He suggested I check the server log. I did not find any errors. He also suggested that I make sure that the checkboxes and multiple-select boxes have the source type set to literal in the Options List tab. They are all set to literal.1961Database: Sql Server 2005
